Abdulrahman Alhusain is an Associate in the Finance, Projects & Restructuring team, focusing in the development and financing large-scale energy and infrastructure projects. He supports both lenders and sponsors, with a primary focus on drafting, reviewing, and managing the security documentations and conditions precedent (CP) workstream through financial close.
Abdulrahman regularly assist clients in drafting and reviewing finance documents including both onshore and offshore security documents, ensuring security perfection and compliance with Saudi regulatory requirements. He also handles the CP process, facilitating effective collaboration among all stakeholders and ensuring timely completion of all deliverables.
