Isabel's practice includes representation of public and private companies in the software, technology, cloud computing, e-commerce, social networking, mobile applications, hardware, and networking industries. She routinely assists ventured backed, emerging growth and public companies in the strategic management and international exploitation of their intellectual property assets and complex cross border transactions.

A significant component of Isabel's practice includes advising clients on open source and artificial intelligence business models and navigating compliance issues arising during development and implementation. She has substantial experience in representing both customers and service providers in cloud computing and software-as-a-service transactions. She has extensive experience advising clients in developing strategies to incorporate and leverage AI in their product development and business models, as well as mitigating risks and navigating governance issues to ensure the responsible use of AI.
