Suman Singh

Suman Singh practices corporate and commercial law, advising companies across a range of industries, with a focus on technology, video games, and media. Suman assists clients from early-stage startups to established businesses and supports them at various stages of their development.

Suman advises clients on a broad range of domestic and cross-border corporate and commercial matters, including business formation and structuring, corporate governance, financings, mergers and acquisitions, purchase and sale transactions, and the drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements.

During law school, Suman competed in the national Harold G. Fox Moot (Intellectual Property), completed an exchange semester at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, and served as a tutor to first-year law students. She also gained hands-on experience assisting clients through Pro Bono Students Canada and the University of Victoria's Business Law Clinic. 

Suman holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of British Columbia, where she served as President of the undergraduate Biological Sciences Society. Suman summered and articled with the firm before joining as an associate in 2026.
