DLA Piper Canada congratulates FansUnite on TSX listing
On July 6, 2022, FansUnite Entertainment Inc. ("FansUnite") (TSX: FANS) celebrated the company’s new listing on the TSX by opening the market. Scott Burton, Chief Executive Officer, Darius Eghdami, President and Graeme Moore, Chief Financial Officer of FansUnite Entertainment and their team joined Arne Gulstene, Head, Company Services, Toronto Stock Exchange for the virtual market opening.
FansUnite is a global sports and entertainment company, focusing on technology related to regulated and lawful online gaming. Previously listed on the Canadian Securities Exchange, FansUnite is uplisting to the TSX after a successful start to 2022, signifying an important step forward for the online sports betting operator.
DLA Piper Canada assisted FansUnite with its listing on the TSX with a team led by Denis Silva. Previously, we assisted FansUnite on its acquisition of American Affiliate, a $25 million public offering and a $13.4 million private placement, among other matters in its successful growth.
