DLA Piper advises Stantec on acquisition of ZETCON

DLA Piper has advised Stantec, a global provider of design and engineering consulting services, on the acquisition of ZETCON Engineering (ZETCON), an engineering firm headquartered in Bochum, Germany.

ZETCON has over 600 employees spread across 13 offices in Germany and is recognized as an industry leader in infrastructure design, project management and construction management.
