DLA Piper advises Guidewire Software on its acquisition of Quantee

DLA Piper advised Guidewire Software Inc., a leading provider of software solutions to the property and casualty (P&C) insurance industry, on its acquisition of Quantee, a dynamic insurance pricing software company.

With over 450 insurers worldwide relying on its solutions, Guidewire continues to lead the industry in transforming insurance operations and enhancing customer experience.

Quantee is a Polish insurtech company at the forefront of next-generation insurance pricing software. Its AI-backed solutions enable insurers and brokers to design and manage dynamic pricing models. Quantee's platform is renowned for its ability to improve pricing accuracy, providing a significant competitive advantage in the rapidly evolving insurance market.

The acquisition of Quantee by Guidewire accelerates Guidewire's strategic vision to transform the end-to-end policy lifecycle into a single, highly dynamic process, including product definition, rating, pricing, quoting, underwriting, and policy administration. This collaboration is expected to drive further innovation and deliver enhanced value to insurers globally.
