Jeffrey Bradshaw appointed Co-chair of the Canadian Restructuring Group
DLA Piper (Canada) LLP is pleased to announce that Jeffrey Bradshaw has been appointed Co-chair of the Canadian Restructuring Group.
Jeffrey joined the firm in 2020, bringing with him an extensive practice acting on behalf of financial institutions, creditors, debtors, Trustees and Court-appointed Receivers and Monitors in all types of proceedings including bankruptcies, proposals, receiverships and corporate restructurings. He has appeared at all levels of court in British Columbia, including the Supreme Court of British Columbia and the British Columbia Court of Appeal. Jeffrey has a strong track record of successfully guiding his clients through negotiation, litigation, and enforcement, while also delivering practical, effective solutions to complex legal and business challenges.

Jeffrey joins Edmond Lamek in leading the restructuring group. He succeeds Colin Brousson, who was previously Co-chair alongside Edmond. “I look forward to working with Jeffrey to continue building our nationally integrated restructuring practice.
