Sophia Browning focuses her practice on a wide variety of energy and utilities issues. Sophia counsels clients in state and federal regulatory proceedings, including licensing, enforcement, and compliance for electric, natural gas, water, telecom, and cable clients. Sophia represents clients in regulatory proceedings as well as in administrative and court litigation. Sophia also assists clients with project development, siting, and related contracts, through commercial operation and sale of power, procurement of power, and the sale and acquisition of generating projects.
