Rasmus Stub works in our Corporate M&A practice group and assists Danish and foreign clients throughout all phases of a transaction process, representing sellers as well as buyers.

In addition, Rasmus provides advice on general company law, including capital changes, mergers, demergers, liquidations, restructuring and other issues of company law.

Rasmus is also experienced in advising listed companies, including on the process of listing (IPO) companies on First North Denmark.
