  • Advising Uniper on the sale of Liqvis, an operator of LNG filling stations in Germany and France, to EnviTec.
  • Advising global technology company HCLTech on the acquisition of German automotive engineering service provider ASAP Group.
  • Advising Uniper on the sale of their marine fuel trading business in the UAE to Montfort Group.
  • Advising Warner Bros. Discovery on an agreement with German TV broadcasting company ProSiebenSat.1 regarding a new cooperation model for the streaming platform Joyn.
  • Advising Sweden-based group of companies Storskogen on the acquisition of majority stake in Dimabay, a leading provider of parcel- and media inserts.
  • Advising Australian developer and manufacturer of analytical and life sciences products and devices Trajan Scientific and Medical on the acquisition of Axel Semrau, a German laboratory automation, chromatography, and software business.
