As an associate, Kristóf Szeredi provides Hungarian corporate law, local and cross-border M&A related legal assistance for clients in cooperation with senior associate colleagues and partners of the firm.

He provides legal assistance for company incorporation procedures and general corporate maintenance tasks and advise clients in corporate restructuring or transaction related matters. As part of this, he drafts the required transactional documents (corporate documents, SPA, etc.), assist legal due diligence processes and prepare legal risk reports.

Kristóf Szeredi has also been involved in legal research and preparing memoranda for clients in specific legal issues concerning civil law, corporate law and energy law regulatory matters.
