Karol Wasyluk advises on investments in the renewable energy sector.

He conducts due diligence reviews and provides transactional support for wind farm and PV projects, with a particular focus on real estate issues and administrative permits.

He assists clients in the financing of RES projects and in the acquisition and divestment of RES installations and shares in project companies, both for large-scale projects and smaller portfolios. He also provides day-to-day advice to energy companies, banks and investment funds on regulatory issues related to RES installations, from the initial design phase to the start of electricity generation.
