Karol Wasyluk's work in DLA Piper's energy team concentrates mainly on legal advice regarding the investment process for entities in the renewable energy sector. His scope of activities includes complex due diligence processes and transaction support for wind farm and photovoltaic projects, especially with regard to real estate issues and administrative permits. He has participated in projects in the area of both financing of RES projects and acquisition and divestment of RES installations and shares in project companies, both for large-scale projects and smaller portfolios. He also provides day-to-day advice to energy companies, banks and funds in connection with issues related to the regulation of renewable energy sources at every stage from the initial design phase to the operational moment of the installation.
He gained his previous experience at renowned international law firms in teams focused on renewable energy projects and consultancy. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw.
