Harry practices in the area of dispute resolution, with a focus on international and domestic arbitration and litigation. He has experience in the U.S. and the Middle East, representing clients across a wide range of industries, including construction, insurance, media and entertainment, IPT, and telecommunications. Harry also has experience working as in-house counsel at an international strategic advisory firm, as well as in the public sector.

  • Representing a prominent MEP contractor in a Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) arbitration seated in Dubai involving a dispute with the main contractor arising on a hotel and residences megaproject.
  • Advising a U.S. vertical farming company in relation to a joint venture with a Saudi sovereign wealth fund.
  • Acting for an MEP contractor in an ad hoc arbitration seated in Riyadh involving a dispute with the main contractor arising on major medical facility in Saudi Arabia.
  • Advising a major telecommunications company in relation to the enforcement of a London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) arbitral award in Saudi Arabia.
  • Representing the government of a Small Island Developing State at the United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP28) in Dubai. (Pro Bono)
