Dr Christian Kleindopff advises national and international clients on all aspects of real estate law, in particular on complex real estate transactions. His work focuses on the acquisition and sale of real estate and real estate portfolios (asset, share and unit deals), project developments and commercial leases. He also advises on real estate financing.

The clients he advises include asset managers, investment funds, institutional investors and family offices.

Before joining DLA Piper, Dr Christian Kleindopff worked for another major British law firm in the field of real estate law at their offices in Dusseldorf and New York City.

He also worked as a legal trainee at the German Embassy New Delhi in India in 2022/2023. Before joining DLA Piper, Dr Christian Kleindopff worked as an associate in the real estate department of a major international law firm in Dusseldorf.
