DLA Piper partner Claire Hall named to Los Angeles Business Journal’s 2023 Women of Influence: Attorneys list

DLA Piper is pleased to announce that Claire Hall, co-head of the firm’s Derivatives practice, has been named to the Los Angeles Business Journal’s 2023 Women of Influence: Attorneys list.

The annual list recognizes the LA region’s most influential women legal professionals for their “exceptional legal skill and achievement across the full spectrum of responsibility, exemplary leadership as evidenced by the highest professional and ethical standards, and for contributions to the Los Angeles community at large.” In its profile of Hall, the publication highlighted her ABS experience focused on esoteric transactions such as solar, trade receivables, PACE, management fee cashflows, property developer fees, cashflows from multifamily housing assets and music royalties-backed securitizations.

Hall focuses her practice on structured finance and derivatives, representing issuers, underwriters and investors in a broad range of domestic and cross-border structured, warehouse and asset-backed finance transactions covering both public deals and private placements.
