  • Advising the lenders on the EUR160mn project financing of 280MW of solar PV projects in Ireland.
  • Advising the lenders on a borrowing base facility, secured against a portfolio of solar PV project assets.
  • Advising the lenders and export credit on the financing of a greenfield EUR 3bn petrochemical plant in the Port of Antwerp, Belgium.*
  • Advising Macquarie on the GBP 2.3bn acquisition of Green Investment Bank from the UK Government.*
  • Advising the lenders, including the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development on the USD 750mn construction of the Bakad motorway project in Almaty, Kazakhstan.*
  • Advising the borrower and sponsors on the EUR 4.5bn Trans Adriatic Pipeline project in Greece, Albania and Italy.*
  • Advising the export credit agencies and lenders on a USD 1bn corporate loan to a state‐owned energy company.*
  • Advising various export credit agencies and development finance institutions on multiple loans to the Dangote group of companies, in relation to the construction of a USD 4.5bn oil refinery in Nigeria.*
  • Advising the lenders on a refinancing of the USD 1.6bn loan facility provided in respect of the construction of the Baku‐Tbilisi‐Ceyhan pipeline project in Azerbaijan, Georgia and Turkey.*
