Alberto Sandalo is a tax lawyer, specialized in advising corporate and private clients in complex tax litigation and pre-litigation proceedings, involving international and domestic tax issues.
Alberto gained a significant experience in assisting and representing clients in any relationship with the Italian Tax Administration. His expertise covers non-contentious matters, including requests for preliminary tax ruling and assistance in structuring cross-border transactions, as well as contentious matters, including tax refund claims, tax audits, tax settlements and tax litigations.
In the course of his carrier, Alberto had the chance to confront with the hottest topics in international taxation, including taxation of the digital economy, permanent establishments, beneficial ownership, corporate and individual mobility, legal issues concerning the application of whithholding taxes on cross-border payments, international and domestic anti-tax-abuse rules, tax compliance.
Leveraging on deep technical knowledge an on a thorough and analytical approach, Alberto successfully assisted corporate and private clients in complex tax litigation cases and in handling the relationships with the Tax Administration aimed at reaching tax settlements.
