DLA Piper advises Mercuri Urval on the acquisition of Delta Management Consultants GmbH

DLA Piper has advised Mercuri Urval, a global leader in executive search and leadership advisory, on the acquisition of Delta Management Consultants GmbH.

Delta Management Consultants is one of the largest owner-managed executive search firms in Germany to date. The company was founded in 1983 and has been supporting its clients in the areas of personnel consulting and filling executive positions for more than 40 years.

Mercuri Urval, founded in Sweden in 1967, is a major player in the international executive search market, offering science-based executive search and potential analysis. With the acquisition, Mercuri Urval plans to further expand its engagement, particularly in the German market.

The DLA Piper team was led by partner Dr Nils Krause and senior associate Dan Li with associate Marc Großmann (all Corporate/M&A, Hamburg) in the core team.
