  • Acting for the Chapter 7 Trustee of Zetta Jet USA, Inc and Zetta Pte Ltd, a luxury private airline headquartered in Singapore with US operations.
  • Acting for the interim judicial managers of a cryptocurrency company with an estimated debt size of SGD 270 million.
  • Acted for the liquidators of a major oil trading company in one of Singapore's largest and most complex liquidations with a debt profile in excess of USD 4 billion.*
