Cléa Catona is an associate in the Employment Group in our Vancouver office. Her practice covers a broad range of employment and labour matters, including terminations and workplace discipline, human rights issues, occupational health and safety, severance arrangements, workplace policies, and employment agreements.

Cléa has appeared before the Provincial Court of British Columbia and the Supreme Court of British Columbia and has supported clients in proceedings before the British Columbia Labour Relations Board, the British Columbia Human Rights Tribunal, and the Workers' Compensation Appeal Tribunal.

Cléa earned her J.D. from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia, where she achieved the highest overall academic standing in the Business Law Concentration. While in law school, she was active in the Law Students' Society, the Women’s Caucus, and the Chess Club, and served as a Research Assistant for various professors. Before law school, she completed a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Italian Studies from the ‎University of British Columbia.

Before becoming an associate in 2026, Cléa summered and articled with the firm.
