Employment lawyer Sunil Sharma admitted to the Nova Scotia bar

On April 8, 2022, Sunil Sharma was admitted to the bar of Nova Scotia, Canada. ‎

Sunil provides business-critical advice on employment law matters. He represents employers in ‎wrongful dismissal litigation, human rights complaints, labour relations board applications, and ‎before various administrative tribunals. Sunil has considerable experience with workplace ‎investigations for employers.  ‎

Based in our Toronto office, Sunil is also admitted to the Ontario bar and has appeared before ‎the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Ontario Labour Relations Board, the Human ‎Rights ‎Tribunal of Ontario and the Federal Court of Canada. ‎
