DLA Piper advises Netwrix in the context of the acquisition of USERCUBE

DLA Piper advised Netwrix, a cybersecurity vendor that makes data security easy, who has announced the acquisition of USERCUBE, a software manufacturer that enables customers to quickly and accurately provision and deprovision users to enhance the security of identities and the sensitive data that they enable access to.

USERCUBE’s solution ensures digital trust and streamlines identity governance of joiners, movers and leavers.

This acquisition expands Netwrix’s offering in identity and access management (IAM) and furthers the company’s commitment to solving cybersecurity challenges with less effort by automating routine and error-prone tasks. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
