DLA Piper advises Harrison Street on its RoundShield Partners acquisition

DLA Piper advised Harrison Street, an investment management firm focused on alternative real assets, in its acquisition of a majority stake in RoundShield Partners (RoundShield), a leading European credit investment manager with US$5.4 billion in assets under management.
