About

Ben Miller has extensive knowledge of pensions law and acts mainly for employers and pension scheme trustees but also provides advice to pension providers (eg providers of SSASs and SIPPs). He advises on all aspects of scheme mergers, reconstructions and wind-ups, and handles the pension aspects of company acquisitions and disposals.

Ben is also heavily involved with private finance initiatives. He is experienced in pensions litigation including internal dispute resolution procedures, pensions ombudsman complaints and representative actions at the high court.

Aside from his work with occupational pension schemes, Ben advises on all legal aspects (including documentation) relating to SIPPs.
