  • 2025 - Advising Catom on all real-estate aspects regarding the acquisition of over 300 petrol stations from BP led by our Dutch corporate team.
  • 2025 - Levying attachments and successfully representing a global real estate investor in summary proceedings regarding an outstanding escrow amount.
  • 2025 - Advising a major stock exchange listed developer with respect to various (spatial) developments as well as letting activities throughout the Netherlands including the Port of Amsterdam.

  • 2024 - Assisting an international real estate investor in judicial witness hearings on an alleged claim for performance regarding a major single-asset real estate transaction.
  • 2024 - Successfully representing a major global freight company in an arbitration case regarding the development of one of the largest logistic buildings in the Netherlands.
  • 2023 - Advising a private investor and developer on the refinancing and disposal of a Hilton Hotel including hotel operations.
