Aymar Sotomayor specializes in legal advice on regulatory and environmental law, with special emphasis on the energy and mining sectors. His professional practice is focused on legal advice to national and multinational companies in the hydrocarbons, mining, electricity, telecommunications, agriculture, forestry, industry, transportation, sanitary, port, among others; in obtaining authorizations, execution of infrastructure projects, contractual administration, due diligence processes, environmental audits and implementation of environmental management systems.

Aymar represents clients in administrative sanctioning procedures before the OEFA, OSINERGMIN, SUTRAN, OSITRAN, ANA, DIGEMID, DIGESA, among other entities.
