Eryn Pollard

Eryn Pollard's practice focuses on the sale of investment tax credits (ITCs and PTCs) and mergers and acquisitions.

Eryn advises clients on managing projects and provides strategic guidance throughout the deal lifecycle, from due diligence and negotiation to closing, with an emphasis on transactions involving clean energy credits, including those related to solar, wind, and other renewable energy projects, with a particular emphasis on transferability under the Inflation Reduction Act.

In the ITC practice group specifically, Eryn has represented clients on transactions with values ranging from $5 million to $500 million, and actively assisted deal teams in over 45 transactions in the last year.

Eryn also dedicates time in her practice to advise pro bono clients in connection with the various stages of their business life cycle – from formation, continued compliance and general corporate advice through dissolution.
