DLA Piper advises Atrum Coal Limited on Entitlement Offer

DLA Piper advised Atrum Coal Limited (ASX: ATU) in an underwritten accelerated non-renounceable entitlement offer to raise gross proceeds of approximately AUD 5 million. Bell Potter Securities acted as underwriter.

Atrum Coal is an ASX-listed metallurgical coal development company with mining interests in Alberta, Canada.
