DLA Piper partner Brian Boyle named to the Legal Intelligencer’s 2023 Lawyers on the Fast Track list
DLA Piper is pleased to announce that Brian Boyle, a partner in the firm’s Philadelphia office, has been named to the Legal Intelligencer’s 2023 Lawyers on the Fast Track list recognizing the “next generation of legal leaders” under age 40.
Boyle focuses his practice on antitrust, consumer protection and other complex litigation, and defending clients in investigations by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), Department of Justice (DOJ) and state attorneys general. He has deep experience in federal and state courts across the country as lead and coordinating counsel and has tried both jury and bench trials to verdict. He also maintains an active pro bono practice focused on federal civil rights litigation.
Beyond his disputes practice, Boyle advises clients on the antitrust and consumer protection aspects of corporate transactions, including due diligence, HSR merger control and integration-related matters. He co-leads for the Americas region DLA Piper’s Aiscension artificial intelligence platform, a ground-breaking AI-enabled service designed to find antirust risks within corporations.
