Eagle Hills expands premium hospitality footprint through Four Seasons Marrakech acquisition

Our Casablanca office advised Eagle Hills, a leading Abu Dhabi-based private real estate investment and development business, on the acquisition of the Four Seasons Hotel Marrakech one of Morocco's leading luxury hotels. The acquisition reflects sustained international investment interest in the Moroccan market, particularly ahead of the 2030 FIFA World Cup, which Morocco will co-host with Spain and Portugal.

Eagle Hills is an Abu Dhabi-based private real estate investment and development company, focused on the development of mixed-use destinations in high-growth markets globally. Eagle Hills is active in Morocco, Albania, Bahrain, Croatia, Ethiopia, Jordan, Latvia, Oman, Serbia, and the UAE.

A multidisciplinary team from DLA Piper's Casablanca office worked on the transaction led by Corporate legal director Ghita Moussaid. She was supported by legal director Gaëlle Bouriau (Finance) and associate Julie Carla Mbakop.
