Svenja Mayer LL.M. (UCT)

Svenja Mayer is a lawyer advising companies, business associations and public authorities from various sectors on all aspects of public commercial law with a focus on foreign trade law and in the area of compliance.

The focus of her work is on foreign trade, environmental, transport and aviation law. Her activities include both ongoing advice and representation vis-à-vis authorities and the conduct of legal proceedings.

In the area of foreign trade law, she accompanies clients in the context of foreign investment control procedures and advises on export control and sanctions law.

Another focus of her work is in the area of the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act. In this area, she supports companies among others in integrating the new regulations of the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act into existing compliance management systems.
