Erika Parente

Erika Parente is a Lawyer of the Energy team within the Litigation & Regulatory department, in Milan.

Since the beginning of her career, she has gained experience in the field of Administrative Law, with particular focus on administrative litigation, in relation to public procurement.

She currently focuses on Energy Law, in both judicial and extrajudicial contexts.

Prior to joining DLA Piper in 2025, Erika worked with leading international law firms.
