EXPERIENCE

  • Assistance to IFC (World Bank Group) in the structuring and procurement of the Baghdad Airport PPP project, a USD700 million PPP for the renovation, expansion and operation of Baghdad International Airport.
  • Currently assisting European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in the structuring and procurement of PPP concessions under the Welsh (UK) MIM's model of up to 41 schools in Jordan.
  • Currently assisting IFC (World Bank Group) in the structuring of the tender for a 14 greenfield, energy efficient schools PPP in Samarkand and Andijan regions of Uzbekistan. 
  • Assistance to IFC in the structuring and procurement of the ADC1 (Amman Development Corridor – Phase 1) toll road in Jordan. The project is currently suspended.
  • Assistance to the concessionaire Felettino Hospital Service S.p.A. in the project financing for the design, construction and O&M of the Nuovo Ospedale di La Spezia under a PPP scheme.
