DLA Piper advises HSBC Innovation Banking on acquisition financing for Easy Software

DLA Piper has advised HSBC Innovation Banking on a financing for Easy Software in connection with its acquisition of Proxess, a company active in the field of document management systems (DMS) with employees in Germany and Switzerland.

Easy Software has since 1990 stood for legally compliant, digital archiving and efficient, automated business processes and is a digitalization expert and leading ECM, DMS, P2P and HCM software manufacturer with over 5,400 customers in more than 60 countries.

HSBC Innovation Banking includes the former Silicon Valley Bank UK (SVB UK), as well as newly formed innovation teams in the US, Israel and Hong Kong and is HSBC' global, specialised banking proposition for businesses in cutting-edge sectors, such as tech and life sciences, and their investors.
