DLA Piper adds Sarah Chambless to Emerging Growth and Venture Capital practice
DLA Piper has added Partner Sarah Chambless to its Emerging Growth and Venture Capital (EGVC) practice. She will be based in the firm’s Los Angeles office.
Chambless advises emerging growth and venture capital-backed companies and their investors on corporate, financing, and mergers and acquisitions matters. Her extensive experience includes guiding clients on corporate governance matters, venture capital financings, cross-border investments, strategic acquisitions, joint ventures, and secondary transactions, with a focus on technology and life sciences companies throughout their growth lifecycle.
Chambless’ deep portfolio of high growth and late-stage clients across industries includes aerospace and defense and dual-use technologies, digital health, consumer, and media.
