Lesley Chuang is a seasoned litigator whose practice focuses on litigation and regulatory matters in the life sciences sector. She defends product liability cases involving pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and PFAS chemicals, as well as complex commercial litigation nationwide. Lesley also advises clients on evolving regulatory landscape governing emerging contaminants. 

Lesley has significant experience handling high-stakes scientific issues in mass tort and class action matters and has served as national coordinating counsel and defense liaison counsel. Her broader litigation experience spans a wide range of disputes, including employment, transportation, and construction matters.

Prior to her legal career, Lesley earned a graduate degree in molecular biology and genetics. Lesley also conducted research in developmental biology and reproductive medicine and co-authored several studies in peer-reviewed journals. Drawing on her scientific training, Lesley approaches each matter with curiosity, analytical rigor, and a data driven mindset and delivers pragmatic solutions to complex disputes. 

Through her pro bono practice, Lesley advocates for Special Immigrant Juveniles and has successfully secured dismissals from removal proceedings for her clients. Lesley also represents asylum seekers and has helped her clients obtain asylum status and permanent residency.
