Gabriella Levkov is an intellectual property and regulatory lawyer who advises clients operating in highly regulated industries, with a particular focus on the healthcare, life sciences, technology, and media sectors. Called to the bar in 2019, Gabriella works with organizations on litigation, regulatory compliance, and strategic legal matters.
Her regulatory practice focuses on helping clients navigate complex Canadian regulatory frameworks. She advises on matters involving the
Food and Drugs Act and related regulations, alcohol, gaming, and cannabis regulation, privacy legislation across Canada governing personal health information, and the evolving regulation of streaming and broadcasting services under the
