Gabriella Levkov is a litigation and regulatory lawyer with a broad practice encompassing intellectual property, health, and entertainment law. Called to the bar in 2019, Gabriella advises clients across highly regulated industries on litigation, compliance, and strategic matters.
In her litigation practice, Gabriella represents clients in patent, trademark, copyright, and domain name disputes, including proceedings before the Federal Court and Trademark Opposition Board. She also provides guidance on IP strategy and enforcement in the life sciences, technology, and media sectors.
On the regulatory side, Gabriella advises clients in the health and life sciences industries with licensing, compliance, supply chain, and enforcement matters under the Food and Drugs Act and related regulations. She also assists physicians, dentists, and other regulated professionals with practice management and college compliance and has particular experience in the regulation of fertility treatments.
Gabriella also advises on the regulation of streaming and broadcasting services under the recently amended Broadcasting Act and evolving CRTC frameworks, including registration, licensing, payment of broadcasting fees, financial reporting, accessibility, and content compliance.
Prior to attending law school, Gabriella completed a Master of Science degree in Biology with a focus on Neuroscience and is published in BMC Neuroscience and Experimental Brain Research.
