  • Advising international industrial companies in the chemical industry, in particular on supply agreements and cooperation agreements.
  • Advising international OEMs on commercial matters, in particular on the market entry for electric vehicles and new distribution systems. 
  • Advising companies on various issues in ongoing contractual relationships, such as price increases, mutual claims of both parties, options for termination.
  • Advising on franchise law, in particular advising a US-based franchisor on drafting and negotiating a franchise agreement with its German master franchisee.
