• Defended leading wireless communications company in commercial litigation concerning a failed joint venture in Russia and the former Soviet republics in the Supreme Court, State of New York
• Defended Silicon Valley networking company in a misappropriation of trade secret and corporate acquisition dispute before the US District Court for the District of New Jersey

• Testified as expert witness for US biotherapeutics company on the subject of pharmaceutical licensing practices under U.S. law before Stockholm District Court, Stockholm, Sweden
• Defended multinational pharmaceutical company in breach of license and unfair business practices dispute in Los Angeles Superior Court, California; settled before trial
• Defending global consumer healthcare company in breach of contract and trademark infringement dispute involving Chinese market sales
