IP and Technology Transactions

Representing innovative companies at every stage of their business.

Innovators need strategic legal and business advice to monetize their services and products and protect their intellectual property. To successfully launch and expand a business in today’s competitive global market, you need business-centric advisors that understand new business models, emerging technologies, and evolving legal frameworks.

With deep roots in Silicon Valley and other key geographies known for innovation, we guide businesses on the development, protection, exploitation, and use of intellectual property and technology-related assets through all stages of the company's growth.

You may be a first-time entrepreneur starting a business with a license of key IP from a university or a research organization. You may be a technology company seeking your first round of funding. Or you may be one of the world’s largest global businesses.

Whatever your profile, we can help you develop and implement strategies to protect, monetize, and enforce your IP assets.

This could involve developing and implementing open source, trade secret and AI policies. It could mean strategic advice on technology and IP development, or inbound and outbound IP licensing arrangements.
