Jennifer Arndt appointed Office Managing Partner of the Calgary office

DLA Piper (Canada) LLP is pleased to announce that, effective January 1, 2024, Jennifer Arndt will become the Office Managing Partner of the Calgary office.

Jennifer first joined the firm in 2005 and became Partner in 2020. A key member of the Capital Markets Group, Jennifer has over 20 years experience assisting clients across a range of industries with securities, ‎corporate finance, banking law, and transactional corporate and commercial matters.‎ In particular, she has extensive experience in representing TSX and TSXV-listed companies on ‎‎corporate finance, securities, M&A, and commercial transactions. Jennifer’s clients include companies from the technology, life ‎sciences, oil and gas exploration and production, energy services, and mining industries.‎ In addition, for several years, Jennifer has been an important contributor to the firm’s growth as head of the student recruitment committee.

Jennifer will succeed Jarrod Isfeld who has been Managing Partner of the Calgary office since 2020. “We are grateful to Jarrod for his leadership and guidance in our Calgary office over the last number of years. We are looking forward to Jarrod’s continuing contributions to the firm and his clients in his market leading capital markets practice,” said Robert Seidel.
