Danny acts for private equity investors, management teams and portfolio companies in relation to buyouts, exits, restructurings, bolt-ons and management incentive plans.
Danny works with media and entertainment companies, sports teams, owners and investors on a range of M&A activity including acquisitions, disposals and joint ventures.
Danny has been seconded to the Premier League and LDC, the private equity arm of Lloyds Banking Group, both of which provided him with insights of real value.
