They have a particular focus on human rights and equalities issues, notably freedom of speech and LGBTQ+ and disability rights, including advising public sector clients on equality law compliance, and advising the private and third sectors on English, European, US and international human rights, including litigation, due diligence exercises, internal investigations, and compliance advice.
His experience includes defamation and crisis management, including in high-profile political and social circumstances, as well as sanctions and trade controls. Their practice includes the technology and media, sport and entertainment sectors, and he has worked for globally renowned brands, companies and competitions in high-value disputes, regulatory actions, and investigations.
