Mike Kumar Kumar

Mike previously advised clients on various SEC-registered and exempt structured products offerings linked to equities, commodities, rates and combinations of those assets, including experience with the development of proprietary indices, while at a New York-based international law firm.

During law school, he was a member of the Brooklyn Law Incubator & Policy Clinic where he advised start-ups, emerging tech companies and entrepreneurs on corporate governance and intellectual property issues. Michael was also a legal intern with providers of financial data & analytics where he worked on a variety of privacy, regulatory and technology-related issues.
