Maria Słomska advises on banking law, finance law, and civil law.

She supports clients in a variety of transactions, including acquisition financing, refinancing of existing debt, investment financing and project financing.

She works with both lenders and borrowers on all stages of domestic and cross-border loan transactions, with a focus on verifying or supporting the fulfillment of conditions precedent to loan disbursement and negotiating security documentation.

Maria also advises on bond issuances and participates in due diligence reviews.

  • Advising a leading telematics and fleet management group on term loan agreements and additional facilities provided by two major Polish banks*.
  • Advising a technology services group and a private equity fund on refinancing existing debt and obtaining a new term loan and revolving credit facility from a Polish commercial bank*.
  • Advising a fund managed by a global asset management firm on obtaining financing for the construction of PV farms located in Poland*.
  • Advising two European banks on refinancing senior secured notes issued by an agricultural and food production group through a EUR 150 million term and revolving credit facility*.
  • Advising a private equity fund and a diagnostics group on a loan agreement provided to the diagnostics company by a consortium of banks*.
  • Advising Generali Real Estate fund and its portfolio companies on real estate investment financing for office buildings in Poland provided by Helaba (Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen Girozentrale).
  • Advising Innova Capital fund on financing the acquisition of shares in R-Gol sp. z o.o. and R-Logistics sp. z o.o. by mBank and Bank Polska Kasa Opieki.
  • Advising a Polish entity on joining a term loan and revolving credit facility agreement granted by a major Polish bank*.
