DLA Piper advises RWE on the acquisition of a 3 GW solar project portfolio in Poland
DLA Piper has advised RWE in connection with the acquisition of one of the largest solar project portfolios on the Polish market with a capacity exceeding 3 GW.
RWE has acquired the Polish photovoltaic farm developer Alpha Solar, along with a team of approximately 60 specialists. The German company is consistently expanding on the Polish solar power generation market. The acquisition represents a strategic enhancement for RWE and adds to its existing global development pipeline of 10 GW in solar projects. “I would like to congratulate our client, RWE, on a spectacular and extremely forward-looking investment.
