DLA Piper advised Summit Spine & Joint Centers (“Summit”), a leading provider of minimally invasive spine services in the southeastern US, on its acquisition by Wellspring Capital Management, a New York-based private equity firm, in partnership with MSouth Equity Partners. The transaction marks a significant milestone in Summit’s growth as it expands its footprint across Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee.
