Elijah Holloway

Elijah Holloway works exclusively within the Sports, Media, and Entertainment practice group. His practice is specifically focused on acquisitions and sales of equity interests in professional sports teams and on commercial sponsorship work. Elijah also works with DLA Piper's sports financing team on financing transactions for sports clubs, and specifically on stadium financing transactions. In addition to this transactional practice, he assists professional sports and entertainment clients on their day-to-day corporate legal work.
